Eda Suta

Role: Legal Advisor

Eda is a Legal Advisor at Palmer Biggs IP and a qualified lawyer in Türkiye.

She joined the team having completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Law at King’s College London, graduating in 2025 with distinction. Prior to this, Eda obtained her LL.B. from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2019 with high honours (equivalent to First Class honours), ranking third in her class.

Before moving to the UK, Eda practised intellectual property law at leading IP law firms in Istanbul, advising international clients across a range of industries on intellectual property law, trade mark prosecution, brand protection, civil and criminal litigation, and commercial matters.

Eda is involved in a broad range of work including trade mark, passing off, brand protection and various commercial matters. She also assists with Customs and Trading Standards seizures and manages UK AFA/PIPR applications.
