Charles joined Palmer Biggs IP in February 2011 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of West England.
During his time at Palmer Biggs IP, Charles has specialised in brand protection, court litigation, customs seizures and trading standards matters. Charles's work covers many different areas of law including intellectual property, commercial and criminal law.
Charles was an integral part of the litigation team that successfully worked on the BMW AG v Technosport London Limited and George Agyeton case in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court at first instance and in the Court of Appeal, and on the Oran Pre-Cast Limited v Oranmore Precast Limited and ors case in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.
